I need a domain scanner

I used to use Shorty White's domain pattern scanner to figure out what was still left for 3- and 4-character domains, but it's been apparently out of commission for a couple of months and I haven't been able to contact him via e-mail.

Anyone know of another free one that they could direct me to? I have the Available Domains Pro software, but as far as I can tell there's no way to do a search like that. (If there is, please let me know.)

Thanks for the suggestion, but that appears to be a paid software. I was hoping for something simple and free like Shorty White's scanner, which was just a Web page you go to, select your parameters (3 or 4 characters, which extension, hyphens or not, etc.) and it starts spitting out available domains meeting that criteria. It was extremely helpful, but now that it's not there, I'm hoping there's something else similar that I can use.

Anyone else use something like that?

Hostingdude's Domain Name Analyzer.

Go to download.com and you can get it there.

Then you just have to create the 3char 4char lists, or find them posted elsewhere in forum.
