I am really new to this but am looking to learn. Can someone give me a quick overview or point me in the right direction on what to do? Also, my the domain is locked for 2 months. Is that normal. Thanks for any help.

What's the domain? Did you buy to develop or resell?

The 60 day lock is normal. It cannot be transferred to another registrar during that time.
