I have a great idea (Need partner)

I've been think about this for a while and its a pretty good idea, but I just need a partner to host it and pay for the domain for me, however partner gets 50% of all profits.

Heres the idea:
A website template site, yes, a template site, pretty bad idea you are thinking, but you can customize the templates!

eg: you choose a nice template with a banner and 2 content boxes, on the download page you have 2 choices "Download Template" or "Customize Template" on the customize template page, it would just be basic untill I maike some more advanced things for it, things like:
Change Title
Change Font
Change Logo Image
etc

what do you think, and is anyone interested in becoming my partner?

i'll have a small demo (only demonstrating one function) on my site in a few mins
