if you have paid hosting, ask ure host, they MAY have a back-up of some sort

My forum was hacked a few weeks ago. But I update my VB and then Deny IP from many countries in .htaccess. So far, everything seems fine.

phpBB is a very unsecure forum script and is frequently hacked. My guess is that not much harm has been done and they only have replaced some files with their own files but without installing any backdoors. I would suggest that you contact your host and tell them about the issue to they can check the server.
