I'm the only one who thinks this kind of disturbs the market?

A major part of the Elite domains portfolio was reportedly acquired by Godaddy... http://dotweekly.com/godaddy-acquires-another-domain-portfolio/
The “other” domains transferring from Elite Domains Group to NameFind are not your common “premium domain names” IMO at this point and are a little odd currently. TommieSunshine.com is one. TheCashTeacher.com is another. USDexOnline.com is another and only a small amount more at this point.
I had noticed a few other things in the past that didn’t really make sense (good domains expiring and selling via GoDaddy Auctions) in general between GoDaddy and connections of the Elite Domains Group. It is still not known if this is/was related.
I reached out to GoDaddy to see if they can share any details and they stated “I can confirm that on 4/1 we acquired another portfolio” but due to sellers request, GoDaddy was not able to confirm “who” the portfolio owner was.
Update: Here is an update to the amount of domains acquired in this portfolio.

Can you post the list, at least the top 10?
travelergy
ionlift
winterscout
ultimateoutlets
dnhive
primecop
peakcluster
sureaffiliates
barejet
meethug
clunu
tribespin
seekjuice
And then you buy it
Which among these would you buy for USD 280?
This is a Reg premium name from the backorder.Did someone notice, a lot of times Sav auctions have only 1 bid and that goes high with no competition or other bidder.
Is it the seller bidding on self name or bid from other account or shill bidding?
I mean if there are no bids, I'll start with lowest and not with 100.
What I could think of- The seller may himself or herself win the auction as only bid and end up paying $4 commission for own $100 bid. If someone really wants the name, the bid will be higher then $100 ending up a good deal for the seller.
This way one can bypass the "Auction starts at $1" rule.
One such example.

m_n and someone esle also backordered it, and m_n backordered it first so his bid is there by default. The other person who BOed it either forgot to change his mind.
Reg Premium will be priced high. There are names that start at 999 as well
The one dollar no reserve auction is when you put a name for Auction.
The above example is a Backorder Auction
Facebook Offers are Page posts about a special discount or promotion that can be created from the sharing tool on your Page.
Additionally.. EliteDomains (which appears to be previously or still connected to Sav.com CEO @AnthosChrysnathou) needs to do a better job vetting domains priced with a $280 BIN...

What does "ED" mean ?This is so true. I noticed some of the domains I watchlisted on ED were caught by sav and priced at $280.

EliteDomains, see above.
It this context, it seems more likely @Simpsonrocket was referring to ExpiredDomains.net.

Sav CEO needs to do better job; be present.
The most seen about him in DNJournal piece, but yet to see him publicly comment anything.
He leaves it all up to Nick R.
why think Sav CEO is “Batman” ^^ Still hoping.
