I don't believe, but it is true -- My domain Achieved.org SOLD for USD12,000

I got a few low ball offers for achieved.org in the past and turned down them. On Dec 14th, I got an offer through Sedo: $12,000 (Yes, the buyer started the offer like this )

I thought that maybe someone just joking me. I was thinking should make a counter offer or not for few munites but decided accept it. It is an amazing offer for me already.

Then I almost forget this business during Chrismas holiday (Because I was thinking it must be a joke from the start, so I don't take care it seriously :td

To my suprise, got mail from Sedo hour ago to inform me the buyer has paid!! Yeah, they paid in the 14th day ~ Now pushed to Domain to Sedo and waiting to get my Money.

It is my best domain sale till today. I feel luck since I am just in the business for 15 months.

You would need to get an Appraisal done by sedo if they value the domain over $10K it then allows you to select a asking price over $10k for that domain

Sorry I don't know how to make this happen. I didn't have an asking price for this domain when list with Sedo (It was "Make Offer" only).

Hmm. I may not jump into LLLL.coms unless it is a CVCV.COM. I will invest more in Generic.coms in 2008
