To be honest, i don't.

There are a decent number of new gTLDs domain names which has market and value, but in the meantime there is a HUGE speculation with them.

My feelings are mixed. Some like .club I like while others just seem silly. Perhaps. club and .xyz are gaining acceptance. I especially like .club.

Note, among ccLTDs, .io and probably .nyc are gaining massive acceptance, and I like .nyc, but you have to be a resident of the city to register. .io tends to only sound good in some computer related application.
