Hey, i backordered a domain and it was Page Ranked 7. I successfully got the domain and the page rank has gone!!! :td: But i asked a few people they say that the Page Rank will come back on the next update is this tru?

Google Page Rank i am guessing.... Well, Google have their ways of ranking pages, so i wouldn't bet on it coming back

PR is strongly linked to the site content. Google spiders analyse lots of details in the content to allocate the PR. No content, no PR !

No, I'm sorry but PR has nothing at all to do with content, only the number and quality of your backlinks...
Lot's of high PR backlinks will give you a high Pagerank as well....
(it's a bit more complex than that, but not much..)


I don't think that yogaclubs.com has ever had a PR 7 by the way..
It's probably a case of a 301 redirect to a high PR site.
None of the search engines, Alexa or archive.org has any evidence of why that domain/site should have a PR 7..

Page rank gets updated on googles visual toolbar every 3 months or so...
