Hello NamePros!
I am having TM (.ORG) domain name.
Trademark holder is global and big, part of PepsiCo.

And by the way I am 15yo, does this affect?

The purpose of registration was to create online learning(GAMES) website.

So should I delete it or contact the TM holder?

It's hard to say without knowing more. What exactly the word/TM is, what it's TM is for, what is your intended use in relation to what the TM holders TM is in, did you register it in bad faith (trying to profit from their TM), and so on.

If it's a generic word/term and you are using it for something completely different from what the TM holder has their mark in then you will probably be ok.

I am NOT a lawyer, so seek one if you need legal counsel . I have done LOTS of TM research in the past for my own needs and to a small part for others.

Usually if you have a generic (common) word and are using it for a different field that what the TM holder has their TM in, then you are usually fine. Just don't try to profit in any way from their TM.

Apple is TM name for Apple Inc.. However, if you have a domain name of say, BigApples.com and it's about the fruit, then you will probably be fine. If you have that name and the site is about large screen iPhones or smartphones in general, then you might find some legal issues in your future.

Depends a lot on the exact name and what you will be using it for.

Did the TM holder contact you already? If so how, email or certified letter?

First Off, Congratulations on starting in the business so young.
Secondly, you seem to be aware of what a TM is...You have a lot of time ahead of you to build websites/investing/collecting domains....let this one go. Not worth the hassle.

Good Luck and wish you a bright future ahead. :)
