I don't think the navigations is so bad. I like the way you have the listings for apt, houses, and comer.

Maybe there refering to the banner that says "Real Estate BEST ONLINE SERVICES"?

Design is pretty darn good - gotta give it to you, so hands together for that.
With several posts above, I'd agree that you need to change the nav and footer font from TNR to Arial (what you have everywhere else). Also, this may only be for debugging purposes, but I find text before headers very annoying...if you want a path, put it under the banner and maybe make it larger (in the content box perhaps?).

Overall, really lovely site.

Very good website...I agree with most of the font issues above and also the top line where it says "We will create a real estate website for you" is rather small.
Other than that the site's design looks very good.
