Hi all, I've tried searching the forum, to no avail, and hoping someone can please point me in the right direction...

A newly parked domain of mine earned $37 last month and is on track to earn at least $30 this month. I initially posted on the forum about it and received a few messages about possibly selling and I'm curious, how might I approach valuing this domain for sale based solely on parked earning potential?

it depends on the actual domain in question.

if it is generic and has commercial potential, then value is typically greater than a typo or traffic from backlinks.

most buyers are only going to offer a multiple of months for the name, depending on how long it's been earning revenue.
