How to find end users via these platforms? Every startup have own site with domain matching with their brand. I do not understand HOW startups from these sites can be end users.

Probably the best way is if you own the .com version of a domain they are using or own the EMD of the tech which could be using for marketing/redirection or a potential upgrade - depending on their current domain....

I don’t use those to seek out end users. By the time they make the list they have chosen a name- at least an initial one. I use those sites to follow naming/branding TRENDS.
