How To Transfer .IO domains away from Network Solutions?

How are yall transferring domains away from network solutions?

The Auth codes they give with the automated system don't work.

When I contact support they say they don't use Auth Codes.

It's been over a month and they still haven't given me a way to transfer domains out.

Afaik, .io domains require an auth code to transfer.

To be sure, I confirmed with Hexonet's help page (they are usually very accurate on the proceedings of cctlds):

Maybe the support thought you were talking about transferring between accounts within the Registrar.

In any case, afaik, you can always contact the registry and request a transfer from them.
