How to switch off Moniker domain Whois privacy ??

I just bought a domain at snapnames which is now in my moniker account but for some strange reason Domain Privacy is set on it so I can't park it.

Can't seem to find anywhere to change it in the control panel either, anyone have any ideas how to switch it off ?

ps - Moniker did send me an email when I bought it but it was totally blank, nothing in it

1. Select domain name
2. Click 'Contacts'
3. Click domain name
4. Select 'Change to Non-Private Contact' and click Save
5. Edit the existing contact info to yours
