Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Moniker's Whois Privacy service isn't forwarding emails to the administrative contact.

Check it out yourselves by sending yourself an email to [email protected], where domainname.com is a domain that has privacy turned on at Moniker.

Sidenote: Moniker is still just great and gives you that warm fuzzy feeling that you're not going to get GoDaddy jacked or RegisterFlied out of your domains or anything like that.

Those should be forwarding, IMHO. :blink:

Have you contacted them directly, and has it now been rectified? IYHO.
Of course, there's an urgency here ... as offers do, occassionally, come in via the Whois Contact email address, IMHO. :talk:

This is the second time this has happened since December, last time it took them weeks to get it resolved. I've sent then a trouble ticket as well.

Did contact them. They provided to set up a workaround but I'm not thrilled.
Anyhoo, having a valid email address is also an ICANN policy issue, and I wouldn't want to be a person being sent a WIPO email to their Moniker privacy email address right now.

They also gave me the "temporary" workaround form resolution. Last time this happened it took approx 5 weeks to get things working properly again.
