Is it possible to avail whois privacy service that is not related with a domain registrar. For e.g. using moniker privacy for a godaddy domain.

- If yes, which is the cheapest service ?

- Any free ones ?

Yes. A PO Box and a GMail email address is all you need. How much is a PO Box divided by the number of domains you own? Almost free.

The Post Office don't provide free PO Box numbers.
