50 NP for an image

I'm looking for someone to replicate this image:

EXCEPT....

1) I'd like the background to be a more light marble color
2) the numbers to be blank (they will be filled in automatically by my image processing script)
3) The date spot should just say Date: and not have one filled in (this will be created by my image processing script).
4) Remove the "Your latest FICO scores" text and the myFICO logo.... leave those spaces out all together please, and just add a blank line or two at the top of the image so that I can fill in one line of text, about size 14 font.
5) Remove the text that says "Get today's score"

Please make this a transparent gif if possible.

I'm not looking for an exact replica of that image. I'd just like that image to be used as a template for a new image design. It doesn't even need to look identical to that image, I just need the same information.

I need a fresh design (completely 100% from scratch), with marble background (light marble). With the same text that you have already designed, just on a new image and spiffed up a bit, and without the empty box on the left (see your attempted image to see what I mean).

That is nice but I am looking more for a fresh design, only to make it not look like I ripped it off.

Also, light marble as in maybe a greenish bluish marble?

My web guy just recommended to me that I ask you if you can retype the Equifax Transunion Experian text to make it more clear ... it looks like the blending effect overwrote them and they aren't crystal clear.

Is that too much to ask? Also, is it possible to make the existing orange background transparent, so the swoosh can be placed over any background?

Otherwise, I like them Will pay 75 NP for both if you can make those changes. Thanks!
