How to register / trademark a phrase.

I would like to internationally trademark a phrase. Anyone know how this is done.

For instance (only an example), the old Nike phrase = Just Do It... is that a world trademark?

Does it cost a lot? Is it called a copyright or a trademark?

you can't internationally do it, i think it's per country. you can register it in the us here:
