It is trademark?

I registred domian name in Israel.
forexisrael dot co.il

and i see there is a website that called
fx-israel dot com
and their title is "forex israel"

so my question is they have trademark on the "forex israel"?

someone can register carsusa.com and have trademark on the phrase "cars usa"? or its too much global thats geo location can't be a trademark?

You would have to check Israeli trademark laws to be sure.
However, they (fx) might be your perfect customer.
Why not offer it to them for $50-100 for quick $ and no more worries?
Your domain is more search-friendly and they just might bite.

thanks i checked and its not trademark in israel. not for the phrases "forex israel" and "forexisrael".

$50-100 i can do with 1 user that can enter to this site... the forex companies have good affiliate programs and with 200+ users per month thats search this im sure i can do more.
