question How to recover an expired domain at Pheenix?

I let a domain registered with Pheenix expire and it was pushed from my account on Nov 4. Is there any way to recover the domain? It is not listed anymore in my account but it is still registered with Pheenix according to the Whois. I emailed support but have yet to hear back. Was wondering if anyone here has experience with the process?

They auction off their expired domains, so I'm sure its in someone else's phoenix account now, sorry to say.

It turned out the domain was pending delete status so it was deleted from the expired domain tab already.

Yes, it sold for $888 so I made a bit of profit.

Thank you for this. I kept receiving their "Hot auctions" emails but not a single email about my domain expiring (had only one with them). Checked the account today and it was not there. Checked whois and it was under Pheenix's registrant info expired for 2 weeks. Started to freak out until I found your post. Saved my life. Thanks again.
