How to post a dispute in front of ICANN arbitrar so that I can get my hijacked domain back to my Godaddy account

Godaddy is more than likely asking you to file a legal dispute with one of the following icann approved arbitrary firms listed here: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/providers-6d-2012-02-25-en Choose a firm, file your dispute documents, And then forward that document (after filed) to godaddy at: [email protected] Once they receive the forwarded filed document they can then freeze the domain pending the case ruling.

It's helpful and advised to get an IP attorney involved, yes. Naturally, you'll get the best results with an attorney that specializes in cases like this. However, you may represent and file yourself if you want to. I have seen self represented cases win before.
