Just wondering how I can make www.DomainTops.com a succesful business.

Any ideas out there? I was thinking of becoming a registrar but I want solid traffic first...

What can I add?

Ah... amazon... I forgot about my associates account there, but how would those fit in with domain names? Will amazon show domain-related things?

Also, what services or other things could I do for profit?

Domain brokering, ex. getting the top buck for someone's site for flat rate fee

Someone trusts you to sell their web-site, they think they can get $1k for it, instead they pay you $50 and you sell it for $1,250, you keep $50 and so they sell it for $1,200 instead of $1,000.

That I might do But I can do that automated, right? Like they pay X dollars to list it on DomainTops, and when somebody buys it, then they take that money but we keep the X dollars?

That's just another i-wanna-be-as-big-as-sedo type site, no, have personal approach to each site, post it on forums, etc. and do your best to get the top buck, clients will value that, and word of mouth will promote you by itself
