How to make my transfer process smoother

So I just sold my first domain via Dan BIN and I'm not happy with the customer experience I have been able to deliver.

They told me that the domain is transfer locked. So I've unlocked it at GoDaddy. Now I'm just waiting.

Most of the rest of my inventory is with Porkbun, some others are with GoDaddy and some with Dynadot.

I wanted to ask how I can make this process quicker.
  • Should I unlock all of my domains across all registrars?
  • For the domains with Porkbun, how can I make the transfer process quick - anything I can do?
  • Should I move the aforementioned domains at Porkbun to a more expensive registrar when they come up for renewal? I've heard people suggest to use Dynadot because Porkbun doesn't offer fast transfer. But Porkbun says they do offer it with a bit of a setup process.
  • Should I move from Dan to Afternic now that Dan is shutting down? I have had huge issues with their platform in the past, couldn't even import domains when I tried it a month ago.
Thanks

Definitely do NOT do this.

Opt into Sedo and Afternic fast transfer once 60 days have passed since registration.

Porkbun has fast transfer for both Afternic and Sedo.

Yes. Issues or not, your best bet is still listing on Afternic imo.

How do I make an Afternic or Dan BIN an actual buy it now process?
1. List domain on Afternic
2. Change domain's nameserverse to ns1.afternic.com and ns2.afternic.com
3. Set BIN lander at Afternic on your domain (or custom lander)
