How to get Sales for Product?

Can any buddy explain how to get more and more sales for my weight loss tea business . Even my 4 keywords already rank on google first page but 0 sales yet. I am very depress from my website so please suggest me some useful method.

- What kind of "intent" do those keywords have? If they're not things people type in when looking to purchase, it won't get you immediate purchases no matter how well you rank.
- If your click-through rate is low, work on optimizing that.
- If people are getting to your site and leaving, work on optimizing your landing page and making your site "stickier."
- There's always paid advertising, but you need an effective landing page for that too.

There are a ton of ways to market your business! Networking, building relationships with people, writing Press Releases, blogs, videos, forum and blog signatures, social media, etc.. etc.. etc.. Also everything people mentioned in the above post would help too!
Make sure you have a good, keyword domain that people are searching for. If you already have your domain, it wouldn't hurt to try to get one that has better keywords to redirect to your site as well. The list goes on, and on, and on...

That is true, however, if you can find something that sets yours apart from the rest, and headline it, you could be onto something great. If not, then it's like saying you have the next best weight loss pill..And they are definitely saturated. Send me a sample, and prices, maybe I will buy from ya

HA! I'd rather drink tea, than have swampland ...Honestly, was just trying to give some encouragement, and if it worked for me, then great...I love tea anyhow, and could spread the word about it..As word of mouth is the best form of advertising...Always has been, always will! ...
But that might actually be something you want to do, is offer samples to people that are looking to lose weight, (If you have the budget to send some out) and let them try it to see if it works first, then it may go viral...
You could Go into a weight loss forum, or some kind of obese people forum, or whatever, and target those people. Offer, and send a few some samples to those looking to lose weight, and see where it goes from there... If it doesn't work, I would definitely try something different. The possibilities really are endless, I think you're making it harder than it needs to be. However, you are in a hard niche!
Also, if you're able to get in front of people, go out, and sell. Get to know people, be professional, yet personable... Offline is much easier than online, in my opinion, as when your face to face with people, it is much easier to sell..
So If I were you, I would get in front of people, and if they aren't interested, pass out business cards, for people they might know that may need it...put up flyers, and have a set script to go by when getting in front of people. Target people at gyms, etc.. etc.. You could even sit outside of wal-mart parking lot, and target people, or get permission to set up a booth there..Lots of Obese people walking through wal-mart..lol...At least where I live...
But if getting in front of other business owners, make sure you have a set script, don't ask if they're interested. Try to give an option close, if you can. Example: "Would you prefer this flavored tea, or this one?" (Anymore advice on this, and I'll have to charge for consulting...)
If I could still get out, travel, And get in front of people like that, I would still be selling advertising through my company! MOST DEFINITELY! I miss doing that!
However, after a couple bad surgeries, It prevents me from doing that on a consistent basis now.

Weight loss products are a very tough market. It's oversaturated with products, has a bad reputation (unless you're a name brand), and your advertising choices are limited (not allowed on Adwords, though there are exceptions if you are a legit pharmacy.). For organic search, you basically have 2 types of sites ranking: the authority sites and the really GOOD spammers. If you rank for anything, try to make it work for you. Aside from that, social media, videos, active community participation, traditional media (have heard some killer radio ads for weight loss supplements), offline, etc.
