How to Make Google links

I have a website www.skincare99.com.
When I checked for back links I got the following results.
Yahoo more than 100
Alexa 4
Google 0
Previously I had 70 yahoo links and 3 Alexa links while Google was 0 and still it is zero. I do not know how to improve it, when links on yahoo and Alexa are improving why it is still zero on Google. Does Google use some entirely different system then others. Please guide me.
Another thing is that inspite of improved links, my page rank has dropped from 2 to 1 and recently to 1, can any one explain.

Go to Google's webmaster tools and check there, on your account (oyu need to get one). There you will see the real incoming links that your site shows.

For my experience, after exchanging links with co-bloggers I noticed that it took more time for Google to have those links listed unlike Yahoo and other search engines. Also, if your links were distributed to nofollow sites then they will not be counted by Google.

as yenerich suggested, webmaster tools should offer you a more accurate count of backlinks to your site. either way, only 70 in yahoo isn't all that much and there's a chance that those sites aren't indexed in google (so they don't see the link).

not true. nofollowed links still count in the backlink count.

Yeah nofollow links are being counted and of course its good for human visitors
