For one, there is really no EXACT time, but here are some ranges of the ones that I know...

.com & .net = 1:00-1:30 PM CST.

.org = 8:30-9:00 AM CST.

.info = 3:30-4:00 AM CST.

.biz = 1:30-2:00 PM CST.

.us = 12:00-12:30 AM CST.

Expiration dates are not dropping dates. What was the domain name. Also, dont forget that depending on the registrar, most are earmarked for Expired Aftermarkets already and may never drop.

I would not advise you to buy this domain, because it very well could lead into trouble with Sedo.com IMO. But at posting, it is at $39 with No Bids on SnapNames.com with 6 hours left in the auction....
