I saw few sales of two word .COMs going for 6 figures. As the domain industry is highly unpredictable, most of us under value and over value our domains...

I was wondering what is the best way for recognising if a two word .COM has the potential to sell for 6 figures?

If you have to ask the question, then it likely isn't. Most domains in that price range are obviously valuable.
