.mobi How to develop?

So i just purchased racing at the .mobi auction on sedo.

What are your opinions on development?

I Figure I have a few options.

try to hire someone to make a racing game for phones which will be way to over my budget.

Try to set up an affiliate site that offers racing games that folks can download. If any one knows of one I can use please pm me.

Set up a general news site about racing and try to get my money from ads. Not sure how that would go.

or find someplace that placing bets for races is leagal and set up a site that takes racing bets over the mobile web. Dont even know if this can be done.

Or mabey a handicapping website for hoarse races and charge a fee. Not my expertise though.

Any ideas would be appriciated or feedback on the ones I stated.

Have you seen www.modified.mobi ? I developed it for one of my good friends. Maybe something along those lines? It could be a mixture of different things.

I was actually considering developing a racing game too. It would be more like a turn based racing game, build up your cars, etc.
