:hi:

Vidane Sim Racing League is currently searching for sponsors for our 2009 season. To help cover our operating costs (broadcast fees, web hosting fees, racing server fees, etc), we're looking for companies or websites that are looking to increase their exposure by partnering with Vidane to sponsor one of our live broadcast races in the upcoming season, which begins August 1st.

For just $120, your company or brand will receive more than it bargained for:
  • Full naming rights to the race -- for example, the "Jarga.com 200" or the "Insane Energy Drink Showdown". The race name is referenced on our site in the news section, schedule, and drivers pages. Whenever a race that your company is sponsoring is mentioned, your brand name will be mentioned.
  • Banner advertisements (468x60, 120x600, 418x100, 212x90) throughout our popular website for the entire 6-month season (~50 unique visits/day on average, upwards of 200 on race day).
  • Sponsor "plugs" throughout the entire live TV broadcast (usually 1.5 hours), including a 30-second commercial if provided in advance
  • Enhanced recognition of your product or service by drivers (50+ licensed racers) and TV broadcast viewers
  • A copy of the race broadcast in Windows Media format
  • Racing fans and sim racers alike have a very high level of brand loyalty. If a driver or fan recognizes a brand or product associated with a racing league, that driver or fan is more likely to choose that product over competitors.
Vidane Racing is a sim racing league using simulation software from Papyrus Racing Games. Drivers in the popular league meet Friday nights at 10:00 PM EDT to compete in sanctioned, NASCAR-style events. Each race is broadcast live on RLMtv internet TV. Fans not present are able to view the broadcast on RLMtv's website or the Vidane website after the race has been run.

Sim racing is an environmentally-friendly alternative to real racing. Based on computer equipment rather than driving actual cars, sim racing provides the excitement of real racing without the environmental effects that real racing brings.

We've signed two sponsors... looking for four more for the season that starts this Friday! B-)

We ran our first race last night. 48 drivers showed up, and there were many watching the online broadcast. Vidane.com received over 200 unique visits on Wednesday and Thursday, and more than 500 on Friday (race day). The banner advertising alone is worth what we're asking! This is a very good opportunity.

We've still got some space open for this season! :tu: Our website has been receiving between minimum 50 and 550 unique visits a day -- the higher numbers coming on race days. This is an excellent opportunity, and four organizations have already harnessed the potential! :)

9/26 and 10/17 still do not have sponsors -- the only two available as the 9/5 and 11/7 races have just been sold. :) This is a great opportunity!

The 2009 season is approaching soon. 2008 finished out above all our expectations. We had sponsors fill every race, even one by the #1 domain registrar GoDaddy.com! :tu: Go Daddy sponsored the Go Daddy 175 at Supercell Superspeedway in October.
