How to deal with counterfit replicas?

How do you deal with a wholesale lot of fake replicas when the seller says that they are gebuine items of the authentic brand? Stumbled into one of those on eBay, got the package today, each item is a cheap Chinese fake, how do I deal with it?

This is what I'd do:

1) I ask the guy to leave me a positive feedback;
2) E-mail the seller asking for a refund of the full price + the same s/h price he offered to send them back (ex, I bought it for $90+$10 shipping, I'll request these $100+$10 to ship them back) if he wants the items back;
3) The guy says yes - he refunds me $110, I ship it back - we're all happy.
4) The guy says "Go f*** yourself" and I report him to eBay for selling fake items saying that it's genuine, and he gets his @$$ banned.

vip-ip, obviously your best course of action is to try and get your money back. Whether or not you get your money back you should make it well known who the seller is and what product he/she is selling.
Do the NP community and the Ebay community a favor and expose frauds.

Yes, the product is chinese
I know it's fake just by the look at the package, it's different from that of a genuine item.
