How to contact the owner of DN with Whois privacy protection?

I would like to make an offer to the owner with Whois privacy protection.Is it possible or I am lost?Is there any chance to go through with some privacy agent? There is some telephone number there.

Privacy Services usually forward all contacts to the owner. The strange email format is probably because its a random address which could change periodically to minimise spam.

That is the privacy email. The domain owner won't recieve the email, because privacy protection is used to prevent spam/abuse, etc.

BTW, roko, you can always call the phone number listed there. It provides ease of communication.

privacy doesn't mean nonfunctioning. some registrars forward the emails to the owner, and change the privacy email occasionally (while still forwarding).

Slightly off-topic, but I know the registrars forward copyright violation notices to the registrants.

I don't remember the exact registrar, but one informed the registrant he had to 2 weeks to contact us concerning the copyright violation or they were giving up his info.
