How to contact a big company?

In this case it's not a company but a big university in USA. Has 5000+ employees , mentioned on Linkedin and 35k followers.

How can I contact the person who would know regarding the domain.The domain was being used for a journal they have but now they use a new domain for it.

Who should I contact?
