Hello,

Every member is only allowed 1 free or blue account and unlimited Gold accounts, as long as all accounts are in good standing. As soon as one Gold account is no longer in good standing, all the Gold accounts are closed and only the original account will remain open (Potentially restricted depending on why the accounts were no longer in good standing).

Regrettably, we cannot delete accounts from the database for security reasons.

We hope that information helps.

You could rename your current account, or you could open another account, as long as all extra accounts are upgraded to Gold. Only 1 free account is permitted.

It's more than having a free account. It's kind of 'split in partnership'.
The new account may or may not be a paid account, but, there will be only one account which can 'not' have any 'history' of this account as this account is meant to deal with 'partnership' related names. Now, it's coming to an end.
So, would prefer to 'close/delete the account'. Hope, a 'system administrator from Namepros' can close the accounts. And I authorize the 'system administrator from Namepros' to 'DELETE' the account history as well. Thanks!

This account is having 100% positive feedback, and is in good standing. I really need a different brand without reference to 'this account'.

This account was paid account for some time.

Can we 'close this free' account. And open a different 'free/paid account' WITHOUT renaming? Thanks!
