How to block websites from your rss?

Is there anyway to block specfic sites or ips from reading your rss feed?

To be more specific, how we can stop those "splogs" from pulling and republishing our content without affecting legitimate feed subscribers?

It's getting annoying, some of my content is getting grabbed/rewritten on a minisite that was made by another domainer.
