This is a fantastic script that will broadcast RSS scripts (from a news agency) its FREE and could add content to your website. Look at it in action on my website - scroll down to the bottom to see the 'news' section

If you click on the link next to Travel News from abcnews.go.com you see the link [Get this FREE RSS Script] the fourth one down will get you the free script. It's a great script for putting RSS feeds on your site. You can even use a template like me to make it look like its part of your site, tell the feed how many 'items' you want to show and it what colors.
Using this script you can create your own XML file to broadcast your latest news. Like this one

It takes about 10 minutes to set up the template, takes 5 minutes to integrate it into your site and, if you want to broadcast your own feeds, about 10 minutes if you can type the XML document yourself (ie not pulled from a database) if you can't write XML documents, I can show you how to in 10 minutes - it really is that simple.
If you want more information, or have any ideas to write PHP for the dynamic side (which I'm trying to do at the Mo) let me know.
