advice How to be a verified bidder on Namejet

I have registered with namejet and I wanted to be a verified bidder i downloaded the verified bidder pdf form and filled it and i was told to submit to a support ticket or something like that which I have checked every where for but could not find, so my question goes like this how am I to submit the PDF file and a copy of my Id card, which email am to upload it

After you log in
1-Go to Help Center (next to My Account tab)
2-Launch the Support Center
3-Submit a Ticket
4-Attach the form and ID

Thanks for the reply I was able to launch the Support Center but i could not find where to submit ticket please would you mind explaining this to me
