Namejet doubts

Hi all!
I have some doubts about Namejet marketplace and about how it works...

So let's suppose a domain is with a high bid of $250 ... if i am the highest bidder and when i auctions ends my bid is the winning bid... what other costs will I need to support?

I mean, besides the $250 of my bid, what other costs will i need to add (renewal fee, comissions, various cost)

I also want to know... once I bid and win a domain, will I get it immediately after ? or will I need to wait a month or two until expiring ?

I really have a lot of doubts about Namejet and will be very grateful if everyone could explain me how it works for real...
