What issues are you having and why? I've used PayPal since as long as I can remember. I've also executed thousands of transactions with them with no problem.
My issue is bigger for me but not for PayPal or their useless support workers. They are unable to find out my $ 1000, which was withdrawn from my PayPal balance to my Visa credit card. Here is the full details, if you can help me, please I will greatly appreciate it:
I am Resident of Saudi Arabia. My Visa Credit Card is issued by Saudi British Bank (SABB). On February 23, 2016, I withdrawn $ 1000 (net amount $ 995) from my PayPal Balance to my Visa Credit Card ending with 9011. The Unique Transaction ID # 6L753537J3442653U
With deep regret I am informing you that till today, I have not received the funds to my Credit Card. It is already 6 months over. How long should I wait?
I gave the Card issuing bank PayPal Trace Number 74088586055607818774485 and the Visa Card transaction ID: 16031919008, but they have been telling me that they did not received this particular funds from PayPal. They told me to contact the Service Provider (PayPal). I have several official communication from the bank also in this regard.
Is it not the obligation of PayPal to find out this transaction and determine where the money has gone. Why I am subjected to go through these agonies, anxieties and pain? I have waited more than required days. 6 MONTHS. I just cannot leave my money like this, this is my hard earned money.
I have full of complaints with the staff who handled my case. Around 20 different people handled this case, and the uniqueness in all of them is they do not use their brain but they just copy and paste stereotype message.
Dont you think there is big lapse on the part of PayPal because of power of domination?
Now, please tell me what option I have to get back my money?
