I have LLLL.com refer to a big International Company.
They contacted me regarding purchasing my domain.
What is the best price to ask for it.
They are waiting for my respond.
Kindly advice.

I guess you should wait a week or two more and then give them a firm offer. Obviously, this name is valuable to them, but if you over price it, you might have to wait a long time for another end user. In which case, your name will only be worth what other similar 4Ls are worth.

No offence to none but I see many distracting responses here from couple of fellows here.

Isn't domain worth what the buyer is willing to pay OR in other words, domain price depends on the market, demand and business worth?

Sales stats and other data is only valuable to "domain investors" but when a business approaches you for purchasing a domain, they don't know how much other domains were sold for or what the domain includes; CVCV or ccvv or whatever. They are only interested in acquiring the domain and they do (mostly) have a budget for it. Showing them stats and other irrelevant data might distract and confuse them.

Secondly, asking the company to make offers doesn't mean that you are an immature. In fact it helps in knowing how serious the company is in acquiring the domain name.

Again, I meant no offense to any of my friends here. Just my 2 cents.

This is a public company and they have certain accountability. Comparable sales might justify for the management why they are paying in xx,xxx-xxx,xxx for a name.

I don't know if you know this but there's alot of promotion now for 9D (9 dimensional) version of VR. Think of the highest form of VR and it is 9D. They are already selling 9D VR contraptions in china for $5000-$10,000. and I'm sure that won't be thee end of it and will eventually become mobile version ie. Goggles with the progression and miniturization of tech.Plus also I noticed a trend which should become mainstream which is that HD will be replaced by 4k. So most VR googles in recent years have been promoted as 3D VR HD which in turn became 4D and 5D and 6D yadda yadda yadda. but that HD part of the equation will soon be 4k. aka 3D VR 4k. all that considered. my 4 character domains are:

You seem to have good vision and knowledge of the area. Hold on to those until the tech matures. Don't go into 4k too much as it might be out before it matures. Like apple has 5k. But you are right, it is out of scope of this thread, as it focuses on letters only.

Today I have received $1,200 offer for it, I think it is from them.
So, now I must send a counter offer to the potential buyer.
