How much would you pay for a CVCV.com with a Q in it?

Like for example:

FEQO.com ?

RUQI.com ?

BIQE.com ?

I am browsing around trying to see if I can buy one but I don`t to overpay.

Would you pay $500 for one of them? (the names aboves are only for example, I have not checked their content and my question is based only on the name itself without any website, without links, without traffic)

Thank you

I wouldn't pay that much for one. The Q ruins most of the appeal of CVCV domains, specifically that they're brandable and pronounceable. Plus not many acronyms use Q's.

~$100 for me

I wouldn't mind paying $500 for Ruqi.com

the others, my top bid would be $400 (and thats when I'm desperate)

LLLL.coms as such don't fit most acronyms, so its all about brandability. Somehow these Chinese/Asian people love names with 'Q'.

The best thing is to watch the Snapnames auctions and follow those prices. If a name with a Q sells for $500 on Snap, assume that it'll fetch that much amount in the reseller market too.

I'd probably pay ~$200 as I know that I can sell them on for a profit if I buy at that price.

I would pay $500 for Ruqi.com just because I know I can sell it for $2000 within an year. Thats a profit of $1500 (enough to reg another Tuqi.com, Zuqi.com and Kuqi.com)

Why do you think people buy LLL.coms for $20k? Only because they know their value will be even more in an year (last I checked, LLL.coms were selling for $1000 in 2004. Now they're going for $7k. 3 years, their value has gone by 6k. Not bad, I would say.)

Not too rare?

CVCV.com

21 X 5 X 1 X 5 = 525, assuming 21 consonants and 5 vowels.
So there appears to be 525 of the CVQV.coms out there.

I'd bet any number of these domain owners would be willing to sell you theirs for less than $500 each.

Some are better then others, but I would stay in the $200-$500 range.

Neqa.com for a shamless plug is for sale! $400 takes her home! Regged at Enom.

What about when the last letter is a y?

I remember seeing LLL.com's in 2005 for $1,200 area. I wasn't aware these kind of LLLL.coms were pulling in these kinds of numbers. That's great

Probably no more than $200, though honestly I wouldn't go after those anyways. I do regret selling Cyqe.com for $80 several months ago though...it'd surely fetch more now.

italiandragon,

Sorry about this minor hi-jack.. :)

VURG,

A-E-I-O-U and sometimes Y

Y is not always a vowel, only in words without any other vowels... By, My.... then Y is a vowel.

Y would not be considered a vowel in an acro..

"Buy" only has one vowel, "U".
