domain How much should I sell this one for?

I recieved an inquiry from a potential buyer regarding my domain, FinancialAide[dot]info. Where should I began with the Sales Price?

Here's some recent sales with the same terminology:

FinancialAid[.]com - $800,000
FinancialAide[.]com - $326,000

What do you guys think?

I'm confused. Why would lexisdomains hope that potential buyer hasn't seen that the .com sold for over 300K?

As a rough guide, didn't sex.info sell for about 2 percent of what sex.com sold for?
So, 2 percent of 326,000 is 6250, go in at 10K?

Totally agree on this one,atleast ask for a mid-xxxx figure.

I can see the sale on FinancialAid.com, but the sale of FinancialAide.com is not a good baseline. Whoever bought that one got ripped off. The terms are not even in the same league.

Sorry guys, I misread the post, I would go in a little higher than 10K and see what happens, have you got an idea who the buyer could be by the email address etc or was it a Sedo bid??

Try and find out more before doing anything.

The term "aide" is a typo (I believe) and I this domain is worth $xx if that purely based on any type-in traffic. I can't see this going for any higher than that.

I think you have here two opinions. $xxx and $xx,xxx
I would try something in between: $1,000 - $2,000 and see what happen.

I think I'll try the 2% sales tag approach of the original .COM

It's not a typo - it's English English like harbour, centre, favour, aide-de-camp etc. Try for a phone contact and listen for the accent.

I think I'll wait to see what happens.

In my opinion, this is very reasonable considering the sale of FinancialAide[.]com - $320k
