the company,have a site with a A.com,

but now ,the company in american change name to B,and the new name "B" is not registered trademark.

The comany maybe use B.COM as their main domain for the company site in american.

before I registered the domain and build the site,their no results in google or yahoo,if you such "B"

it doesn't entirely matter whether a trademark is registered or not. It matters more that a company enforces their trademark.

But that may not matter since you already have an unrelated site on the domain. It is unrelated, right?

Did they come to you asking for price? Or are you sending an email to them to sell it?

I think you should employ a broker with proper writing skills (no offence, proper business writing i meant) who can negotiate in the correct manner.
If the deal is put forth professionally, you can increase the price by the % the broker is asking for.
In fact get someone who can also tell you what the asking price should be. Realize that this might be the one time chance of selling your name for a really high ROI.
I think you should put up a notice in the "wanted" section here lookin gfor a broker with prior experience Urgently.

Well without knowing the name, or the company in question, this is the number that popped into my mind.
Did u read my first reply? Get someone to broker it for you and come up with the price, as they would be told about the domain and the company in question :)
