What is considered major/top city names? Top 50, 100 or more + some popular/entertainment/vacation etc.? Also, what about a burb of a major city like Mesa AZ (Phoenix)?

Primarily untargeted names with previous search engine rankings. It may be low revenue in your eyes but its better than having to share it with a PPC. The money generated is fine with us if your doing better I congratulate you and your efforts. We are very happy with our 25K/mnth It pays for our investments and puts some nice toys under the tree.
