I agree I should have had more categories. I unfortunately cannot edit the poll anymore, otherwise I would insert more categories. I honestly had no idea this thread would be this popular.

The point is there are people that make from $1 to $10,000 a day from parking names.

this week is the first week i've ever got ppc clicks. out of 7 names the only clicks i've had are on a typo with ovt.

so its about 22c a month for me

Are your domains very high-traffic, keyword-rich?
Do you promote the domains at all, or is the traffic all from type-in and residual search-engine / external linkage ?

I know of an individual who makes over $40k a day from ppc. (I wish it was me)

Ultimately it's all about the quality of your names and the quality of the traffic they receive. But . . . thats not to say that quantity of names doesn't play a factor because any name that makes $0.02 cents a day is generating a profit technically, get enough of those and you can do well too.

I can also say pretty confidently that most larger players don't make "mini sites", the ROI for your time just makes it impractical at the end of the day.

Myself I have in the area of xx,xxx names and park them with a number of ppc & affiliate programs depending on what the traffic is looking for and what type of traffic the name has.

My earnings are round about 2 euro per month.

All my .coms are developed.
