How much do 3 letter .nets and .infos sell for?(I just want to know the price range)

Here is the format:
NNL.net
LNL.net
LNL.info

I don't know, but if I were to guess, I'd say:

NNL.net (77A.net would be something like $200; crummy l/n would be much less)
LNL.net (A7A.net would be something like $200; crummy l/n would be much less)
LNL.info (A7A.info would be something like $90; crummy l/n would be much less)

If the number/letter corresponds with a product, then the name would be more valuable.
Hmmm. I think I may have overvalued these.... I just saw a post with about 10 three letter mixed lnl.nets for less than $100. I'll let others comment.
