Question on appraise for 3 letter info

how much do 3 letter infos range about. for example btb.info or qux.info. i don't own them but just curious of the value for investment sake.

At the reseller level, 3-letter .info with "good" letters currently sell for mid$XX, while those with "bad" letters like Q, J, X, and Z go for low $XX.
