How much could I sell this site for?

I had the domain lying around for a while...
so i decided to make a site out of it.

However i haven't the time to continue with it.

My question is how much do you think i could sell this site for?

I just changed the template 24 hours ago, and it's not making much with adsense (cause there's not much traffic to speak of.. )

if its not making much and dont have much traffic then I really dont see it going for more than a few $XX.xx .. This really depends on what the buyer sees

the logo takes up the first 3rd of my screen, make it smaller.

It's a techblog, it's not developed, and besides the customer'd have to upload new things every day..

it depends upon the kind of information the buyer wants.i think it will hardly fetch you $XXX.xx.
