How much do I need

yes im starting up a video site like youtube in the next couple days however i don't know how much space and bandwith i will need. if anyone has a past experience or just has an estimate it would be greatly appreciated

I would say you would want a dedicated server for a site that size because I bet you would max out your shared hosting easily.

Yep. You would need lots of bandwidth. In the end, it might not be worth it if you are spending high $$$ and not getting much in return.

Try to check it on (1GB - 1GB) for few months and then, if it ll be ok, go to dedicated
