I am wondering, how many exact searches makes a keyword domain worth registering in:
Global, gTLDs.
Local, ccTLD.

Also, how would you valuate a domain based on search volume?

Good question, but I don't think there's one answer out there that can satisfy what you're looking for!.

Of course, the more exact searches, the more valuable your KW domain, but then you also need to look at the CPC for that domain as well!

Domain name by itself for 95% of the site is really not that valuable, unless you have money.com forex.com or something really direct with great advertising revenue tied to it. You have to really look at the site as whole for anything else. It has to be a complete package with great future earning potential to get buyers really interested.
