Do you keep a record of all the names you have sold so far and how many of them?

I have sold just over a 100 names so far in my entire domaining career.

So far this year, I sold 17 domain names.

How about you all?

In the last one year, 25 Domains for a little more than $5000, i.e. averaging $200 approx each! Those 25 costed less than a $1000.

My current spreadsheet dates back to 2009 and I've sold 571 domains in that time. Roughly 250 were to other domainers for low $xx so the true number is around 325.

I have sold over 200 to end-users and a few hundreds to other domainers.

Since I started domaining on February 2016 I have sold one domain to an end user and have had three inquiries.

I have sold 38 names in 2016. Ranging from $xx to mid $xxxx.

The last 2,5 years, I've sold about 180 names. Ranging from $xx to mid $xxxx.

Ps. I never count the (few) ones I sell for less than reg fee. They are not included in my stats.

I've sold probably 150 domains since I've started domaining in 2011... I have since started to focus more on quality so I've only sold a handful this year but those total to xx,xxx.

While my registration date is 2006 but after dabbling in domaining I had a long break until the end on 2014.
So my spreadsheet only records purchases/sales since then (a year and a half).
Right now I'm at 1265 sales for 14K (most of them here in bulk) the next deal in progress.
I still have ~2000 domains to sale - at the end of 2016 I'm planning to have around 300-400

i have about 50 in my potfolio

took me about a year to slowly build up to that buying the odd domain name here and there but never really thought that much about them as i am more than happy to keep them for the time being although i have let about 30 domains expire

I for once would love to hear from people like @Kate or @JB Lions
They always tell us what not to buy (nGTLD duh!) but never talk about their own portfolios / sales.

Would love to know there sales. But they were right all along. 99% of the sales happen among traders. And traders arent paying anything for nTLDs. All my $XXX - $XXXX have happened within com/net/org be it traders or end users.

Though I happily registered nTLD.Rocks and invested on 100s of one word decent nTLDs @PromotionalPrice last year, I am dropping them now left right and centre! With renewals always round the corner you would wanna invest in the ones which sells.

I do still believe in some of them, so I am going to hold on to the Uber Keyword.Keyword combinations for eg. Launch.Team, Cab.Zone, VR.Cafe types only.

I am fairly new to this with the focus being to gradually increase my domain portfolio. In the 3 months since I started out, I have sold 1 domain = $400 profit. I now have around 33 'good' domains.

I'm sold 5 domains and 2 websites since 2013 May and with the profit I also started to build my portfolio.

Not sure of exact numbers, but I've sold around 100 over the past two years. Pretty sure I'm about even as far as money is concerned. Or at least I hope so. :-/

Started using QuickBooks this year, so I'll be able to keep up with profit and loss better from here on out.

Numbers doesn't matter much for me. It's the ROI and time I dedicated in buying and selling those domains.
